支払方法Payment
クレジットカード。銀行振込（割引予約）もご利用いただけます。Credit card. Bank transfer (discount booking) is also available.
支払時期Timing
予約時の事前支払い、またはチェックイン時の現地支払い。Advance payment at booking or on-site at check-in.
予約成立Confirmation
予約完了画面の表示、または予約完了メール送信時。When the completion screen is shown or the confirmation email is sent.
返金Refund
サービス提供後・宿泊後の返金はありません。No refund after service or stay.
プランごとに別条件が設定されている場合は、予約時に表示されるプラン条件が優先されます。If a plan has separate conditions, the plan conditions shown during booking take priority.

Arrival

チェックイン・チェックアウトCheck-in / Check-out

チェックインCheck-in
お食事プランは20:00まで、素泊まりは時間制限なし（無人対応）。荷物預けは15時〜可。Meal-plan stays check in by 20:00; room-only stays have no time limit (self check-in). Luggage drop-off from 15:00.
チェックアウトCheck-out
11:00まで。早朝のご出発は追加料金なくご利用いただけます。11:00以降は延長料金がかかります。By 11:00. Early departure has no extra fee. A late fee applies after 11:00.

Stay Rules

宿泊時の基本事項Basic Stay Rules

デポジットDeposit
デポジットとしてチェックイン時に1万円をお預かりします。チェックアウト時返金。A ¥10,000 deposit is collected at check-in, refunded at check-out.
禁煙Smoking
全室禁煙です。All rooms are non-smoking.

Pet Policy

ペット規定Pet Rules

  • 全室ペット可（別料金）。Pets are allowed in all rooms for an additional fee.
  • 大型犬（成犬25kg以上）は宿泊定員の1/2頭まで。Large dogs over 25 kg: up to half the room capacity.
  • 小・中型犬は宿泊定員の1.5倍まで。Small and medium dogs: up to 1.5 times the room capacity.
  • ペット料金は1頭目2,200円、2頭目以降1,650円/頭/日。Pet fee: ¥2,200 for the first dog; ¥1,650 per dog per day from the second dog.

清掃・寝具代は連泊2泊目以降、希望しなければ不要です。4泊以上は4日毎にリネン交換（有料）があります。 Cleaning and bedding are not required from the second consecutive night unless requested. For stays of four nights or more, linen changes are charged every four days.

銀行振込予約に関するご案内です。お申し込み前に必ずご確認ください。Information for bank transfer bookings. Please review before applying.

予約確定Confirmation
入金確認で予約確定。Booking is confirmed after payment is received.
未入金Unpaid bookings
未入金は自動キャンセル。Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled.
入金期限Payment deadline
宿泊3日以内は24時間以内、4日以上先は48時間以内。Within 3 days of stay: within 24 hours. 4 or more days ahead: within 48 hours.
割引Discount
銀行振込で部屋代3%OFF。3% off room charge for bank transfer.
直前予約Last-minute booking
宿泊当日または前日は部屋代10%OFF（割引予約ボタン限定）。10% off room charge for same-day or previous-day stays, through the discount booking button only.
長期事前予約Early booking
90日以上前の予約は部屋代10%OFF（割引予約ボタン限定）。10% off room charge for bookings 90 or more days in advance, through the discount booking button only.
リピーター割引Repeat guest discount
リピーターは部屋代5%OFF。複数割引が重なる場合は最大割引のみ。Repeat guests receive 5% off room charge. If multiple discounts apply, only the largest discount is used.
価格表示Tax
記載金額は全て税込価格。All listed prices include tax.
